I am a mother of two great pre-teen kids. They keep my life fun and full. I believe real change starts within and in the home. I love to learn and grow. I spend as much time as I can outdoors; hiking, running, biking, paddle-boarding, skiing, snowshoeing, foraging, boating, camping, sun gazing you name it. I love making healing alchemies of all kinds; Ayurveda and raw food recipes, healing tinctures and salves, and continue to support self-development and nutritious tools, books and recipe creations. I plan to leave this planet a lot better than I found it. Real change is an inside job!
